I rented a scooter for $250.00 on a cruise and paid an extra $10 for insurance. Unfortunately we had a serious illness in the family and had to cancel.I sent a letter from the doctor explaining the reason and they only refunded half of my money. I will never refer anyone to scootaround

we got a wheelchair for my mom who is visiting from out of town so we could take her to downtown New Orleans and show her Jackson square, and City Park. They were very friendly , quick, and I was able to return the wheelchair after hours at the subway restaurant next door.

I would have given them a 5. The price to rent was kind of high. Over all they was great.
