Upon arrival, I was immediately informed of a logistical error regarding the inventory of vehicles available. Instead of making excuses, Kelsey immediately began locating a vehicle for my reservation and found one for me to use within minutes. Kelsey displayed a high standard of professionalism and customer service that is rarely seen in today’s world. I will definitely rent from this location again.”

“We rented through Costco, which was both easy and affordable. Michael was friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive, even though the location was bustling with Mardi Gras business. I was renting a car to drive 1000 miles round trip in three days to attend my best friend's funeral, so it was an understandably stressful time for me. Fortunately, Michael made me feel like a valued customer, prioritizing my time and experience. When our rental pickup was delayed due to another customer not returning a car on time, Michael presented us with multiple options based on availability. We opted to wait a bit longer for a more comfortable vehicle, which turned out to be the right choice. Our car was not only comfortable but also up-to-date and spacious. My only concern arose when I discovered during the trip home that the manual operation of the low beams in the car was not functioning. Fortunately, the auto-lights came on while I was searching for a solution on YouTube. However, I did report this issue to Michael when I returned the car, and he expressed appreciation for bringing it to his attention. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, largely thanks to Michael. I'd also like to acknowledge Keenan for his friendly professionalism, ensuring a smooth flow of customers and cars in and out while we waited for our vehicle. Thanks a lot, guys! We will definitely rent here again.”

“If I could give 10 stars... David was simply amazing. He and Garrett were friendly, gave us great local recommendations, and upgraded our car. And when we were running late for the plane on our return, he literally drove us to the airport. We never would've caught the plane otherwise. And, he fed exed my glasses that I left in their office. This is the the kind of company and the kind of people that New Orleans is all about. Go with these cats, you won't be sorry!”

“we got a wheelchair for my mom who is visiting from out of town so we could take her to downtown New Orleans and show her Jackson square, and City Park. They were very friendly , quick, and I was able to return the wheelchair after hours at the subway restaurant next door.”

“We will only use Budget from now on! We were there on November 5 and wanted to drive to Baton Rouge for the LSU/Alabama game. We rented a car from Enterprise on the internet and while we were walking to Enterprise to pick up our car, we got an email saying the local store didn't have any cars available. We stopped in Budget and they also were booked. However, Gloria told us if we would wait, she would get a car for us. We waited and just before they closed, a car became available and we made the game. It was a very hectic day, as many people were also trying to go to the game and the car rental places were booked. We appreciated how courteous Gloria, Cherine, and the others were during the "rush" of people picking up and returning cars. They remained calm, professional, and courteous to the customers. We highly recommend Budget.”

“I do not like to leave reviews but feel the need to here. No one really likes having to rent a car and deal with all that but the team here make it about as good an experience as possible. I have been going there most weeks lately and Jordan and honestly all the team there are amazing. I go out of my way to get rentals here now even though it is not as convenient a location. Cannot say enough positive things about the team here.”
