I came and left at this station on the Amtrak train. The employees here were great . It was after Christmas and they had the polar express train for the children there and it was a sight to see ! This is a very nice transportation center in New Orleans. It's easy to navigate, there are a few places to eat and buy drinks and snacks before leaving, and the staff are helpful and friendly.

Older train station, but has the necessity needed for Train or Bus travel. It has a private lounge.
