“Was very handy. they have 2 websites, the one with the cheaper prices they can't get into anymore. And if you use that to contact them, they won't get the message best to call.”

“We were late to our train due to parade traffic and the staff on site were able to book us on the train the next day for just a small fee. Saved us from total panic mode, so thank you all so much!!”

“Called in on a P&O cruise in early March. Typically functional large cruise port facility. It is an easy walk via the River Outlet Mall (plenty of shops and fast food eateries) to the river front, Creole Queen paddle wheeler, Jackson Square, Streetcars, French Quarter, and French Market.”

“I was docked here facing the train track.Entrance was from the road in front of "Hotel de Monniaie"As soon as you enter you can see the docks in front. Just park off the tracks because they are live, i did see one train pass by in the time that i was docked.Check in is on the right side (it's a trailer just walk inside and to your right is the guy where you give your pick up number)PSThe picture showing the road going up is where you can park first to get a dock and then you can park. They let me park in any open dock so you can expect the same.PS 2IF YOU'RE HAVING TROUBLE FINDING THIS PLACE IN YOUR GARMIN, THEN JUST PUT THE COORDINATES IN YOUR PHONE APP AND SEND IT TO YOUR GPS”

“It took some getting used to, but I love places that are easy to drop and load and people are really down to earth w/ not a one attitude. I love this route Houston-NOLA”

“It's not the most modern station but compared to some others stations I wouldn't say it's run down. Overall, what I like most about this station is that they really do make an effort to keep it clean and safe for the passengers. There are a lot of homeless people in the area but there are guards on duty 24 hours to make sure they don't bother the passengers. Other things I like- it's conveniently located in downtown New Orleans, easy to get to, easy to catch a ride, even the busses and street cars run late and the fare is cheap, and their free Wifi is pretty decent. I think customer service could be better, service is so-so depending on which staff member you interact with.”
