I was there at 8:48AM yesterday & 3:35PM today, & both times this location was closed despite posted hours of 8:30-4:30.

It’s UNACCEPTABLE to delay residential mail 3-4 weeks.
It’s ALWAYS a n issue,I’ve had to call on the behalf of my elder neighbors.
Never any follow up. just automated back to back and excuses.

Do not open on time here it is 8:50 and know one is here open at 8:30. Opened at 9:15 with a attitude no good morning just looking angry
