Amazing service! Overall they had an amazing team that was patient and spent time helping us. The manager Nick was incredibly helpful and the other employee helping us was equally good at her job and also very helpful.

Daniel was awesome! He fixed my SIM card issue in no time and was really courteous. We had to wait about 15-20 minutes before being helped but it was no big deal.

If you own a business do yourself the favor and stay far away from this location. Customer service is poor at best. It is very hard to put into words the lack of service. If you want to see how NOT to run a service business I implore you to take time and stop in. I promise they will live up to my review. As I waited to be helped with my problem I witnessed how they treated everyone walking thru. If there are any positive stars for this location I am willing to be those who left those kinds of reviews have not even left their current zip code in over 20 years and seen the rest of the world. I digress. Just know you have been warned. Wish I was before I ever showed up and provided payment to this company.

Slow and unmotivated. Absolutely no triage to figure out what problems need 30 minutes and what is a 30 second question. A one hour wait to drop something off on a Thursday morning has no excuse.

If I could give today's experience zero stars. I would.I left my apartment around Noon and got here around 12:20. Figured at the most I could be here half an hour or so. I was just wanting to upgrade my phone and up until the point of transferring data from the old to the new, things were going okay. The sales rep working with me told me had to go on his lunch break. Not the best sign, but hey, the transfer is going okay, so probably not a big deal. I asked if someone else could take over just in case and he talked to someone else who was supposed to.Except the transfer started delaying and I look up and the next thing I know, the rep assigned to me is walking out the door. He comes back in later with some ice cream treat apparently on his lunch break. So, I am stuck there and the timer on how long it will take keeps going up, eventually even to when it would be more than one week before the data was transferred.I am stuck there as one lady even has at one point three people working on her problem with her, one I think could be the manager. This lady said she was an author and I remember her saying distinctly she was working on an erotica next. Thank God there weren't any small children there. No one said anything about that. Eventually, the first person who had been working with me did come back and he said the transferrence had just frozen and he got it working, but in the end, I didn't leave until around 3:50. That was about a three and a half hour wait. I was thoroughly angry and started even considering maybe I should switch to PureTalk to make sure I don't have to do something like this again.Well if I do stay, I do know this. I'm never going back to this store ever again.

Currently on the phone with customer service because our bill is $160.00 higher than we expected it to be after the employee that added a line neglected to tell us about first months fees. Instead of $235.00 for our bill, it is almost $400.00.

Staff not very helpful unless you are looking to buy a new device. Heavily commission driven. Got a new business line and they were unable to change caller ID name. Poor web service as well as you can only change share ID name which is only for Verizon phones. Have to call Verizon to change. ATT easier to deal with. No difference in coverage.

Maybe if the staff member wasn't taking personal calls and walking outside while "assisting" me, she could have listened to my issue and been able to help.

DO NOT GO TO THIS VERIZON LOCATION!!! I received the WORST customer service at this Verizon. Today, May 2, 2023 around 4:00 PM I walked into Verizon where I was met by a black woman(didn't get her name), about 5'0-5'4 with curly hair who was signing customers in.Last week I had dropped a trade in device off to be shipped by Verizon back to their warehouse and was told it would be shipped the next day. I received nothing from Verizon stating that I dropped the device off to them. Per my Verizon app, UPS tracking (I also went inside a UPS store who told me they never received the device) and about 6 representatives over the phone, I was told the phone had never been shipped off & that I needed to go inside the store I left it at for assistance.I relayed this information to the woman who kept repeating that the phone had been shipped and is no longer at the store. I then asked for proof or confirmation of it being shipped or received from me and she proceeded to tell me that she would not give me any and literally walked away while I STILL needed assistance and started assisting other customers. She treated me so nasty and had the worst attitude which made me (a loyal verizon customer for over 6 years) consider discontinuing my business with them!!!

My recent visits to the Carrollton Verizon store in New Orleans were very pleasant and productive. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and timely. The store was well organized and clean. Jaci was particularly helpful; she also assisted my sister. I had made an appointment on-line for the initial visit. It is a busy store; therefore, I recommend making an appointment.
