Walgreens is a neighborhood pharmacy that offers prescription refills, health and beauty products, and photo printing. Customers generally find the staff friendly and helpful, with many praising the cheerful greeting upon arrival. Despite some staffing challenges and shortages since COVID, staff members often do their best to assist customers. The store has a well-stocked beauty section with a helpful employee who is highly appreciated. Customers have shared positive experiences with the pharmacy staff, noting courteous service and efforts to resolve issues, such as calling insurance companies when needed. Some reviews mention occasional misunderstandings, like confusion between generic and name-brand products, or issues with over-the-phone service, but in-person visits tend to be smoother. Notably, the store's passport photo service is efficient, with associates like Jean providing friendly and compliant assistance. Overall, many customers prefer this Walgreens for its helpful staff, good selection, and willingness to go the extra mile, even during busy times.
Clean and nice enough staff, but grossly grossly grossly understaffed in the pharmacy. It’s the exception to the rule to get in and out in under 20 minutes. As I write this I’ve been in the drive thru for 25 minutes, I’m finally at the window, there are 5 cars behind me and I see multiple people in line inside. Awful.

The check out clerk was unpleasant, impolite and appears to hate her job.

I’m always greeted with a welcome to Walgreens. Kimberly, Glenda and Ms Jacqueline are so nice. I see them every time I come to town. They always remember me and I love that. Thank you ladies for a great experience in your store.
