Poorly managed store. I tried to exchange propane tanks and the cashier told me that they are not doing that right now. I asked why and she said I don't know we might be out. I looked in the cages outside and they were all full with blue plastic tabs on them. It's just lazy employees and lazy management. It requires nothing more than a little effort to walk outside and open the propane cages. I won't go back!

The woman working the front check out on Sunday 10/8/23 at 9:40 AM was completely rude!! If you don’t want to be cordial or welcoming to customers, then you shouldn’t work with the public

LakeViewI am left with no other choice but to bring to your immediate attention, the abysmal service I've encountered one too many times now. I visited your store to get a prescription filled, only to experience a ridiculous breach of my privacy. In a line packed with customers, your employee arrogantly yelled out the name of my prescription, inevitably, making my personal information public knowledge. I assure you, no one in that line was deaf, a regular conversation volume would have sufficed.To rub salt in the wounds, this was my fifth visit to your supposedly reputable pharmacy in this week alone. How many wasted trips does it take for a customer like me to get a simple prescription filled at your store? Each day, I approached your desk, with some hope left in me, only to be told - "come back tomorrow".The climax of this comedy of errors occurred when I discovered my prescription is out of network. Information that could have, and most definitely should have, been disclosed during my first visit, saving me wasted time and unnecessary frustration. I assure you, I would have happily paid the $20 fee to proceed with my prescription had someone informed me earlier.In the attempt to clear the confusion, I telephoned the pharmacist post my visit, only to be briskly cut-off mid-sentence as she hung up on me. Needless to say, I returned, this time to question her brusque action, and hoped to finally get my prescription filled. Instead of an apology or a decent explanation, I was rudely told to "sit down", with a promise of her attention "whenever she gets to it". As if these actions weren't disrespectful enough, my honest query, asking her name, was met with blatant ignorance.This series of events left me appalled by the utter lack of professional etiquette portrayed by your staff. I have now sworn off ever referring anyone to this location.The lady in question, a young Asian pharmacist, is a black mark on what I know to be a wonderful industry and a reputable company like yours. She should not hold a position of such responsibility when her actions show nothing more than contempt and disrespect. I believe your pharmacy's reputation within our neighborhood speaks for itself.In conclusion, unless some strict action is taken to ameliorate situations like these, you're bound to lose more than just irate customers.Annoyed and Exhausted,Stay away from this Walgreens

Is my neighborhood pharmacy. When I walk in, I'm usually always greeted with a smile. Friendly and helpful.Sure they've had some staffing issues and shortages since COVID, but so have most places. Try a little patience with the pharmacy. Most of the staff members are doing the best they can at a very busy location.

I went to the Lakeview Walgreens to have passport photos taken and had the pleasure of being assisted by Jean, the friendliest associate I have ever met. She was very cognizant of remaining compliant with all the stringent criteria associated with passport photos. I was in and out in fifteen minutes.

Extremely slow service with the pharmacy. When I arrived, there were 3 people in front of me in line and it took me 25 minutes to get to the counter. When I left, there were 7 people behind me. I pray for these people behind me not to lose their mind. Either be more efficient or hire more employees, Walgreen's.

Is it even possible to give 0 stars? I ordered my passport pictures (urgent). The workers were so unkind. They gave me an envelope with pictures of a baby’s delivery! So disrespectful for the family on the pictures. Then they said that their printer to generate the label for my picture was not responding. So they said “go somewhere else”.

I've had a few interactions as a walk-in to get prescriptions and have had no problems with the fellow behind the counter, who may be the person named in many negative reviews. He was courteous and even offered to call the insurance company for me to clear up a difficulty. I'm not saying the negative reviews aren't warranted, but I've personally had no issues.

Take the advice of the Pharmacy Manager and use another pharmacy: This is the WORST and RUDEST pharmacy I have ever encountered. 3 times I called ahead to make sure my prescription was ready, they said it was, I waited 20 minutes in line, and it was not ready. 3 times. Then they fussed at me for coming early, after they told me it was ready. They also billed my insurance incorrectly, costing me $200. In response to the mis-bill, the manager said- “I see you use other Walgreens, why didn’t you use one of them.” I had moved from Houston… This all happened in one month. I have transferred all of my prescriptions.

All staff is rude. phone call holds can last over an hour. Management is awful and acts like their job is such a problem for them. The pharmacists are miserable and did I mention rude?

The pharmacy was temporarily closed and the “manager” told me they sent the prescriptions to another location. I called that location and spent 30 minutes on hold. The pharmacist at the other location told me they don’t have my Rx and that’s not how it works. Why would you lie to a customer? Definitely taking my business elsewhere

This is by far the most unprofessional Walgreens I have ever encountered! KEVIN that works in the pharmacy is EXTREMELY rude and very UNPROFESSIONAL and hung up in my face as I was asking questions regarding a prescription for a patient. Attitudes like this will be the reason this place crashes. Maybe MR KEVIN should be reminded that the patients and customers are the reason for his paycheck!!! There is NO excuse for the rudeness! ITS DISGUSTING! Walgreens needs to do better!
