Some of the most poor and combative guests service I’ve personally experienced at any bank branch. There needs to be some training implemented into their program on how to speak with people. I am speaking specifically about the two tellers working inside of this branch on Tuesday, October 22nd.

Have banked with Whitney for a very long time. This branch is close to work and convenient. Everyone has always been very professional.
