These people are horrible! They refuse to help. This is in regards to the phone help as they asked me a set of "verification questions" they refuse to give me the origin of, except to say they're from "public records," that I knew 2 of but the others were about where people who I have no knowledge of live. I couldn't answer those, so they wouldn't help me. I can't get to the bank when they're open physically, so this presents a real problem and impacts my life and ability to access my money. Try any other bank before this one. I gave them my name and the last 4 of my SSN. I was calling from the phone number they have on file for me. I could give them pet's name and mother's maiden name, etc. I hate these people so much. Also, while they have troubled me with this questions before, they have NEVER done so on the type of call I was making.

Our banker called us because we needed to update our filing with the Secretary of State. We went to the Louisiana Secretary of State website and updated our annual report. I have called the Carrollton branch repeatedly during business hours to let our banker know but they do not answer their phone. Our banker did not even give us a card so we do not know his name nor have a direct number to call him.

This has got to be the worst bank I've ever dealt with, not only is the staff rude and judgmental about ANY deposit ranging from $100-$1000. When I have a check deposited into MY BANK, having a hold put on this check, which I have an account with, then charging me overdraft fees during this unnecessary hold of monies is just plain criminal. This COMPANY "bank" states it wants to help it's "customers" yet all I see, is an attempt to extort money from hard working people and further shove anyone that happens go be in the poverty level, full force to the bottom without hesitation. This is only an institution created to make the rich richer and hinder any chance for anyone not wealthy enough from progressing in their financial lives.Americans are struggling. Plain and simple. These types of entities are what has turned this world into the deplorable wasteland it is. Profit over people. Unethical, immoral, and definitely NOT out to help you, or me.

My 14 month .20% CD rolled over without any notice to a .05% 14 month CD.Realizing a few days after the maturity date I attempted to terminate the .05% CD and was informed there would be a 2% early withdrawal penalty applied.Though the employees at the local branch are all very pleasant the decision came from corporate.Unbelieveable!

Hancock Bank is the absolute worst bank I have ever dealt with in my life. The tellers don't know what they're doing the managers don't know what they're doing in there is absolutely no customer service. I will close by three bank accounts as soon as I can get other one set up. I wish I never wasted my time.

While the customer service representatives are kind, the help they are able to provide is minimal. There's a lot of runaround, "accudental" hangups,un-returned calls and few answers.

They put my credit card under someone elses name and then lost my card in the mail. Now I'm sitting in a parking lot trying to reach their fraud department with copy right free music on Youtube playing un the background while on hold. Overall, amazing experience.

Love Whitney in general, and have been with them for almost 2 decades, but I wanted to let you know that this branch specifically is so amazing. Luckily, they're the one closest to my house, but everyone here will treat you like family. And specifically, Aaron, one of the client relationship specialists has been so helpful in the last 6 months with me getting a new business up and running. If management reads this, please make sure he knows he's appreciated, because he's a huge asset for Hancock Whitney, and it seems like good people are harder and harder to come by these days.

Best bank ever. Agile and adaptive during hurricanes for sure. They were golden after hurricane katrina and today, one little small thing they did for me reminded me of the human aspects of this bank and its brand. The same DNA is still at Whiney 15 years later. You don't know you need a good bank until you need it. Good times and bad.

Avoid this bank at all costs! It takes multiple visits and calls to correct their mistakes. It is difficult to transfer money out of this bank. They seem not to want to release the customers' funds. Training seems to be non-existent. Their interest rates are horrible. There are better banks.

I went in to get a personal loan to consolidate some debt. I wasn’t sure if I would qualify. I have to say the rep Aaron Mayers was very kind and helpful. He worked with me to figure out how to get the best rate and which debts should be consolidated. I have recommended him to all my friends. He will be able to help you as well, I am sure of it.

I opened my very first savings account at the Whitney Bank with 0.50 cents as dad was instilling how to save money at the age 14 years for starters. As I was a Paper boy for the New Orleans Item Newspaper. I was making $6.00 every week. I had a route of 105 papers to deliver! Life was great growing up in the uptown section of New Orleans.
