“This is by far the best place I have ever had to take a vehicle to for body work! They're extremely thorough, very friendly and awesome!!A tree fell and clipped our travel trailer, then it hit the Terrain. There were several dents, dings and a single crack in the windshield but they made sure to correct every dent and ding, as well as making sure the paint job on the roof blended seamlessly. Plus, they washed and detailed the inside of the car!!!Hoping nothing ever happens to the Terrain body wise but if so, I know where I'm taking the Terrain to.”

“I came in with an exhaust leak on my car a nice big hole, Butch got it fixed quickly and for a really fair price and he was very respectful. I drove it to get gas and noticed a rattling once it was fixed brought it back and it was my exhaust pipe hitting my transmission tunnel, got it on the lift and fixed that issue. “My truck recently broke down on my way to work and I had it towed to Jack's because his shop was the closest shop around. I knew nothing about his work other than a Google search, but I am glad I did. He was quick and honest. He told me what was wrong and how much it would cost in parts and labor. He also warned me of other possible issues but assured me he would keep me updated if those were needed. Fortunately there were no other problems.When I picked it up, he also alerted me to potential problems to look out for. No one wants to NEED a vehicle worked on, but I cannot recommend Jack and his crew any more highly!”

“Everyone is incredibly nice, from Destiny at the Front desk, to the owner, to the Body Guy. Excellent prices. The Body guy put a brand new bumber on my 2014 Nissan, & my car comes back running more smoothly. I don't know if he fine tuned my car, Brake pad seems to be working much better, brakes no longer squealing like, a Bus. He musta went above, & beyond. “I was totally unaware that you could purchase a "like new" tire for a 2022 Ford explorer, have the old tire taken off the rim, and have the new tire rimmed up AS WELL AS have my spare removed then have it mounted back onto my truck for the ridiculously low price of a meer $50 flat? I had almost given up faith in people being honest or fair and then you can ice this cake with the fact that girl in the office was so genuinely friendly and helpful that I felt no embarrassment at all when I had to ask for the wifi password bc my phone service wasn't working but I would've unable to pay if I didn't get online bc my card was locked! I was on a path of one horrible day after another for a good while. It may have been purely by coincidence but the day I went to Torres tire shop for a tire I was feeling stressed and overwhelmed and I left feeling a little bit better and from that point forward for the NEXT few days things slowly started to flow and feel a little easier to deal with each day after. I choose to give credit where it is due and if anyone anywhere ever asks me if I know where they can get a tire...I don't care what city, parish or state I'm in no matter what without hesitation Torres will be my recommendation for life”
“I should have gone into the large/industrial truck repair business. Everyone is so busy for hundreds of miles around. ITA is busy too, but still took on our truck after multiple roadside failures. They did an accurate diagnosis and complete repair of our international truck fuel system. Picked it up and had an hour drive back to New Orleans over the typical terrible roads with no issues. Our truck runs great. Highly recommended.”

“I'm writing this since this is the 1 yr anniversary of my trip to New Orleans. As we finished our stop at the Oak Alley Plantation, we were about to start the car and suddenly we noticed that the car had very less engine oil. It was Christmas eve (24th Dec 2021) and I was trying to search for auto repair shops nearby and there were none which was opened. Finally, we stumbled upon this place (at around 4.30pm) and the one of the mechanics said that they were about to close the place down. I requested and told him about this issue and he had helped us by pouring engine oil and gave me some solid advice about checking for engine oil periodically and speeding. I'll never forget this place in my life for their timely help. Thank you so much!”
“It's a drive thru tire repair. You don't even have to get out of the car! They are good. I think it took 15, maybe 20 minutes, and they filled all my tires with air. I have had unrepairable tires replaced there in the past, too. Sure beats waiting hours.”
“I've been coming here ever since I bought my truck 11 years ago. I drive past a few Auto Zones to get here because I truly feel they have a better product. It's on Airline just in St. Rose. They're always super fast to take care of me. You have the option to remove and install your own battery which I prefer to do. Their batteries seem to last longer. I don't drive much so my truck isn't always charging it. You get what you pay for. If you want the good stuff sold by people that are happy to see you , this is your place!!”
