“Laplace branch 8187 is very clean and the ladies Misty & Marquita are very helpful. I enjoy my visit every time I go in there. Thank you all for such wonderful service. The new branch manager Mrs. Nina is awesome as well.”
“Thank you so much Mrs. Trinnellia for helping me dispute my horrible hotel experience in Pensacola Florida. There was hair on the bed and the air conditioning unit had mold all over it. Thank you so much for helping me Mrs. Trinnellia Anderson in Luling, La 70070. I did get my refund in full of $291.16 on yesterday.”

“Highly Recommend Regions Bank in Laplace. I’ve personally been banking with them for years-and regardless what I need they’re always there to assist.
Not to mention it’s actually people-who are all so compassionate, helpful, professional, polite, and always carrying a smile. :)
Thanks Region’s of Laplace for always be so nice -especially, to “curious bee” five year old. Very much appreciated.”
“Friendly and professional staff and customer service at this location. I frequently use/visit the Destrehan location that is nearest my work more often, but this one is just as great & even closer to my house!”
“Everytime I am in need of customer service in the Laplace branch, there is always one person actively working or able to assist with account services. Anika deserves praise, a raise, and a promotion. In the last few months, I have needed to open a business account and a new checking account and was informed both times that she was the only represenative who could help me! Either she deserves a new title or the other staff need to do their jobs!”
