“Housekeeping comes in your room without notice and goes thru your stuff. Complaints aren’t taken seriously. The lady in the office(Paula i think was the name) on days is the least professional person I’ve dealt with in my life and I travel for work often. Rooms are fine location is fine. Needs new management drastically and I’ve reached out to corporate as a diamond member. My stay was unacceptableNoteworthy details: Poor management and unprofessional housekeeping”
“This location is the absolute best. Staff was amazing. The room was spacious, had a desk and a whole coffee/ microwave bar. I was in love!!! The indoor pool was so relaxing. Best hotel stay in a long time. I will definitely go back. Worth every pennyRooms: Spacious with all the amenities you would find at homeNearby activities: Forgot something at home, Walmart is a lot directly across the street.Food & drinks: Need food Waffle House across the street, not wanting that a short drive down the road you will find what your heart desires.”
