“I have been looking for a new truck for about three years. I finally found almost exactly what I wanted online in Breaux Bridge. Before, Mississippi (6 hours away) was the nearest dealership on the GMC website. I called Courtesy GMC on the phone and I received a call from a salesman. Once I was clear to go to the dealership (1 hour from my home) I contacted the salesman. He was at GMC training in Dallas, so he hooked me up with another salesman (Witness Gary). Witness was great! We had lots in common, he didn't pressure me and ended up hooking me up with my new truck.”

I walked in with a bag full of random parts (yolk from my brush hogg’s driveline) and these guys were back at the counter with the new parts needed under a minute flat!

“Today my dad and I stopped by this location and we were assisted by the Store Manager George A. , first let me begin by saying upon our entrance we were greeted by staff and asked if we needed assistance I approached counter, CSR didn’t have a direct answer and went to ask a member of management which happened to be George!I came to this location because I was cursed at and spoken to rudely and treated terribly by CSR’s at the Saint Martinville (#3055) never ever again will I allow my dad to shop there! George A. deserves an applause because he went the extra mile to get our return handled and it was done effectively and professionally. His staff is also well polished and groomed by that I mean they all are friendly, they aren’t afraid to help customers, and I noticed while waiting in line a CSR went outside to help a customer install a battery!!!! Great job!!!You guys all deserve an applause. When customers feel appreciated that’s what makes us remember to come spend our money here!! Thank you guys for your service here at AUTOZONE! “Man I really wanted to give this place 5 stars. They did a really good job with my alignment. However when removing my old tire, the bead/inside wall got damaged in the process. I really wanted to keep it for a spare. Did some reading and apparently this is a common issue when Un-mounting old tires. They do have the best prices in Lafayette for vogue tires.”
“I don't mind the Auto or Sporting goods .Friendly people, big smiles and they have more cashiers than in these two departments than any two Walmarts in Acadiana”
