“Great place to stop for convenience store stuff. They normally always have pizza and their pizza for some reason is better than other hunt bros pizza. Everyone working there is very nice and quick to get you in and out.”

“We are from out of town and had to stop to refuel for our long trip. The place was clean and the staff were nice. The ice here lasted us a day and a half in our cooler.”

“Hi to whom this may concern. We had the most spiritual experience in our life. We were stranded off of I 10 before exit 194 headed to Baton Rouge. West car overheated. To be continue at a later time.”

“Omgoodness the cashier was a real help and she pride in her job. You could tell. If she having a bad day she wouldn't allow it to interfer with her profession. The store was very clean. She was very helpful also in telling about the lottery tickets . There is a restaurant on the side called Griffin No I never worked at that Griffins but I have worked the one in Houma so I would recommend if you're down there to check out the place they also have some benches that you can get great sunshine.”

“There are few food choices in this area. I've avoided Moni Carlo because the place hadn't been cleaned since it opened. If you can't do the basics of sweeping and mopping, I don't trust you with my food. Something changed here because when I stopped for gas and went in for a *bottled* beverage, someone had cleaned. Don't know what they did but the place was even brighter. The workers inside seemed happy to be there. Completely different atmosphere from what I'd experienced. To be fair, I didn't get any food, instead deciding wrongly to go to McDonald's, cause that's always safe. Not that one. Not anymore. In the past I'd hear employees yelling to each other with extremely foul language, having what seemed to be a very private conversation across the entire store! They didn't seem to care that customers were present, even children, being forced to listen to that filth. I've honestly done my best to avoid this place because I don't like giving my hard-earned money to people who don't respect others enough to keep their filthy mouths to themselves. This visit was extremely different from my experiences in the past. Covid seemed to destroy everyone's minds, but I'm talking long before that. I saw employee interactions that were normal, civil. They seemed to even be respectful to each other. Zero foul language was heard. I don't know if this was a fluke, but it felt very different in there. New management? New owner? Got religious? Don't know. But I'm willing to go there again to see.”
