“I have used them because they are convenient to my work. It was hard not to give them 5 stars. They did everything perfectly when they installed my windshield except they installed a slightly damaged windshield. I brought it back and it was swapped out with no problem. I’m withholding the 5th star because they installed an obviously damaged windshield (they cleaned every inch of it before I picked up my car). And because there was no explanation or apology for installing the damaged windshield.”
“Called ahead for glass availability, made an appointment, was told in advance it will take at least 2hrs. So far, so good. Waiting room needs an update but it is adequate. So why 4 stars? As I typed this I was told the new windshield has a crack in it. They are ordering a new one and I must come back tomorrow.”

“Friendly, courteous and very quick. I dropped off antique mirrors to be cut to a specific size for a piece.I'm restoring, and they had them done in an hour. I think what I love the most.. It's a family owned business with a proud Pineville heritage. I will be bringing all of my glass needs here in the future.”
