“I’ve been a cricket customer for YEARS and yesterday was by far my favorite experience I’ve had there. Not that any visits have been “bad” but yesterday was just great! I had to go buy a new phone and when I walked in, the ladies helped me immediately! Greeted with a smile. I remember one of the ladies was named Samantha, I can’t remember the other ladies name of the top of my head, but she was equally amazing. They made my visit go by quickly without any hiccups all while still helping other customers! Samantha and I laughed and made jokes to pass the time. I think every location needs a Samantha! Definitely will recommend to everyone I know to switch to cricket!”
