“Other then getting the wrong quote over the phone and when I went in they would not honor the price. The guy that I talked to over the phone gave me the price for the wrong tires and was standing right there and told the manager that he did. She did not try to help out with the price difference at all. She just chalked it up to there was a mix up.”
“Tim & Jeremy assisted me with a low tire issue. Tim was informative in explaining the inspection process. Jeremy knowledge with the how's and why's of tire wear was impressive”
