They quoted us a price for a new tire. We were in and out in less than 40 minutes. The waiting area was clean. Luckily for us they were open until 5 pm on a Saturday. Highly recommend.”

I went to Walmart to get an oil change, but was turned away due to staffing, but when I came to Take 5 for the first time I recruved exceptional care. I was offered water, and I had the convenience of staying in my vehicle as my tires pressure was checked. The oil filter was changed and new oil was put in. “I cannot rave about the auto center enough. Tammy and the rest of the employees were THE most courteous and helpful in the installation of my new tires. I wish I would've caught the name of the gentleman working in the shop who seemed genuinely concerned with my terrible service at the Seigen location. Cortana employees answered every single question I had about my tire mounting. Everyone in the shop went above and beyond to remove an extremely difficult flat off of my rim to install my new tires. This particular location is the furthest from me, but I'll never go to another location again. I am so thankful for their hard work on my vehicle. I hope everyone knows how much I appreciated their work, and I hope they'll all receive some recognition for helping me today. I have never received such wonderful customer service. “I spent $189 on an oil change here. I know that sounds pretty expensive, but that’s because this oil change was different. I learned that oil pipes need to be cleaned out. My oil was slugging around like silly putty inside of my engine. Also, it was dark brown when it’s actually supposed to be yellow. So they offered me a cleaning solution which I couldn’t turn down. And I’m glad I didn’t. My engine ran better as soon as that cleanse was done. It was about $60 more than the average oil change by itself. However, my oil pipes have not been cleaned since 2012. And it cleaned out all the gunk that was in there since then. Even since driving Lot it has felt different. The engine just wants to push hard harder and I feel it even when pushing the pedal that the engine is going smoother. Next time you go to any place to change your oil, ask them if they can clean out the previous oil it adds about 15 minutes to the oil change, but it is worth it to clean out any old excess oil that has built up and stuck to the engine pipes. Think of it as the same way hair gets stuck in the drain in the bathtub there’s also other dirt and grime that gets stuck in those pipes that makes the water drain slow slower. So make sure to clean out your engine oil pipes, so your engine can run smoother. And also their service here was very fast. I can’t say every day that their service is perfect because I’m not there every day but when I was there at around 5 PM, there was nobody in line and they were able to start my service Quickly. The payment process was smooth and they were very polite. If I’m ever in the Baton Rouge area again, I will be coming here to Jiffy Lube. I’ve been to Walmart service center for an oil change and they ended up not even putting enough oil in my truck Leaving me having to put extra oil into my truck because the oil level was low. And that oil change at Walmart was $25. I’m not gonna say you get what you pay for because even though they offer their oil changes for $25 at Walmart it doesn’t mean that that means put less oil in my engine than what is required for my vehicle. If they want to give Do their oil changes for less money they still need to do it properly. What charged the actual price that an oil change cost because Not just paying for labor you’re paying for the oil itself also so just charge a little more Walmart instead of trying to mess up my engine.”
