“I stored household items and furniture at College Drive Mini Storage for 6 years. My belongings were well-kept in this storage facility over the years. I appreciated the good A/C, the clean restroom, and the ease of pulling my car up to the secured door for easy loading/unloading. Over the 6 years there were minimal price increases (if any!) which I only came to appreciate when I learned that most facilities hike rates every 6 months. I would definitely store at CDMS again and would recommend to others. The staff is very friendly as well and the office is located adjacent to the units.”

“I have been with the storage center since grand opening day of the Capital Court location. The center has always been well run and a safe place to have my storage unit. About a week before move out I began to coordinate and plan with Ms. Dee. Ms Dee is very professional and kind. I know when visiting Baton Rouge I will always stick my head in to say hello and catch up with Ms. Dee. I suggest you do the same if in the market for storage. You’ll be glad you did!”
“The Storagemax facility off Bluebonnet is a perfect place to store your items. The facility is always super clean and my account is always accurate. It is obvious that the manager takes great pride in the facility as the way it is operated can only be attributed to being run by a top-notch manager. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have used other nearby storage facilities and they pale in comparison. I have never seen as much as a bug in the facility. For anyone to say otherwise is totally false. I am confident that my personal belongings are in good hands under the leadership of the manager, Sharon Anne. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of extra space. If I could rate a 6th star I would.”

“The best storage facility ever. The staff is so helpful. They have moving dollies to help you with your items. They have a small inventory of moving supplies to purchase if you forget anything, I have even borrowed pens from the office. Most recently, I had a trailer to unload, they let me park the trailer overnight at the storage unit--so it would be ready to unload first thing in the morning. It is safe, secure and clean.”
“My experience with this company is simple. They treat you like family. The storage units are clean and air conditioned very cool always. The location is in a very nice part of town and very lit up. When I say they treat you like family is because the employees always there to meet your needs. They are friendly and they do know how to give great customer service to their clients. I’ve been a client for years and I’ve always got the upmost respect from the employees. Please check them out I promise you will be another satisfied customer.

“Revised review: While I am very upset that I paid for a service ($80) that does not exist, specifically that UPS does NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes, Premier Storage & Shipping did try to make it right. There is an opportunity for improvement with the training process and potentially signage to better educate the general public, since we are not the SMEs. USPS is the right service for PO Boxes. I will never forget this very important and expensive lesson! Patience is important...I make mistakes too!”

“I rented three units in Port Allen, LA. Moving from a competitor in Plaquemine. This is a huge step up from the competitor. The units and the ground areas are clean and well kept.
Because I wanted larger than available, my rental process was a bit more complicated as I needed multiple units. Nancy helped me out and got the process to be super easy.
