“This O'Reilly store went above and beyond today helping me change out a battery in my car. After being stranded at Autozone, due to my battery dying and the store not having enough people (1) in the store to help me, I called my elderly parents to come jump me off in the Autozone parking lot. After helping me tackle many obstacles and issues with installing the new battery, O'Reilly manager Steven, and service assistant, Alisyana helped get my car going again. For the record, this took over an hour outside with a heat index of 110 degrees. They never once complained. They helped ease my frustration with each new issue that arose and provided a solid solution/fix. I appreciate customer service of this magnitude. I highly recommend them for you car care needs!”

And he let me know to return the old alternator for money back, which made it even better.
