“I had a crack much too big to save (at least a foot long) and Phares were great about quickly scheduling an appointment, quoted me an accurate price up front, they did the calibration for my lane keep assist and had me out within 75 minutes of when I showed up as I was expecting two or three hours. It is the second windshield I have had put on my Honda and I saved well over a hundred with Phares compared to the first place I used as well as several hours of my time.
Somehow they also saved my brake tag sticker with over a year on it.”

“News to me, but they are open on Sundays! This is my preferred place of purchase. A little more expensive than your generic parts place, but you get what you pay for. Buy a part and return it 5 times isn't fun for no one. I believe their parts to be of high quality. First run remanufactured, instead of 4th and 5th remans . And open Sundays is icing on the cake!”

Google still doesn’t give you a way to reply directly to a review so we didn’t but since it’s still coming up we wanted to address it. My husband and I own this body shop and we have never had anyone’s vehicle for 8 months and he has no record of ever working on this vehicle The picture that she posted of the truck being picked up doesn’t even look like our shop area because it was very wooded so we think she must have meant to the other Petes Body Shop that’s down south but it was not our shop! “I needed a new alternator unfortunately yesterday and the manager that was there for me was absolutely wonderful. I wish I could remember his name!! Such a blessing to me! I am just so grateful for him being there and helping me the way that he did. It was easily a horrible day for me that he just helped make a little bit better. He was attentive, so kind, and caring. And he let me know to return the old alternator for money back, which made it even better. I live in Hammond but always go here specifically because I've been going since I was young and the staff are always nice and helpful.”

“I came to the shop to get an estimate on my door that had a dent at the bottom resulting in a gap at the top part of my passenger door. Brad tried multiple techniques to help me. He helped push out the bottom dent of the door which allowed my door not having a gap. MY DOOR DOES NOT LEAK ANYMORE. His hospitality helped a lot and gave me a further quote for repair for my paint. Brad helped me save some money another body shop would’ve charged me an arm and leg to simply do. Thank you for what you do and just your assistance to fix a problem without coming out of my pocket. ❤️the photos are what the dent and looked like before.”

“I give this place a 10/10 rating. My VW battery died over the weekend so I first went to AutoZone and they said they would not touch it.. I then headed straight to O'Reilly's and had AMAZING service. My car battery was being a pain, but the employee (I wish I knew his name) was patient and tested it; it came back as dead. The lady at the counter was also so sweet and nice. I don't know anything about cars, but they were so patient with me. Highly recommend :)”
