“Hands down the best boudin balls and anything boudin related. Their jerky is top notch too, so is everything else. But the boudin balls. I don't care who you are, where you came from (yes all you Acadiana parishes people who think "we got the best" - no you don't), or even where your parents came from. This is the best. Not overpowered by any one ingredient. A perfectly blended pâté made of heaven , if you will. Everyone in the Baton Rouge Metro area will also say Tony's is the best. No, it's not.
