The showroom features a variety of stereo equipment including Pioneer and Rockford Fosgate among others. They also sell refurbished phones and people can pay their mobile bills there. I got a Pioneer head unit installed with Android Auto for my wife and was in and out in around an hour. Install was professional and looks super clean. “Mine and my kid's phones got cut off late in the afternoon one day due to personal reasons relating to my divorce. I went into this location 30 min before closing frantically looking to start new service, so we had a way to communicate.As soon as I went in, everyone was very friendly to me and very helpful.The guy that helped me was amazing.He was very patient and never made me feel like I was a bother or like he had to rush. That meant a lot to me, being that I was already so stressed out. He helped me pick out a phone that I really liked and made sure I got the right service for what I needed. And he was there with me over an hour past closing during the transfer from my old phone to my new one. Not once did this man seem irritated. He also made sure i knew about all of the promotions going on while still being very understanding of the things I told him about my financial situation. I'm now a Verizon wireless customer for life and will also be a loyal customer to the Verizon wireless location in Port Allen. Thank yall so much for giving me such a wonderful experience.
