For example, my husband had just gotten help at the Verizon store nearest our home, and it wasn't pleasant. So, I went out of my way to go to the College Dr. store because they had a good rating . “It use to be great now it's ok. They use to have these three young ladies there.They all had a weird names and spoke Spanish. They were all Puerto Rican I believe. One was like Izra she had curly hair and the other had an Asian name that started with a T. I can never pronounce it, I jus called her Tammy. The other had Red hair, she was a sassy. They use to help me with so much with my phones, And never felt like they were just selling stuff to me to make their commission. Those 3 were very friendly. The new employees are nice but they Don't really have that same patience those 3 ladies did. Man I use to give them hell with my issues. I hope they are all doing well.”
