From the moment, I walked in I was greeted by the cashier, workers were busy put products up, and everyone had a positive attitude. I really appreciated the young man who would not take no for an answer to carry my heavy box of 8 reams of copy paper to my car. I was going to pull my car around. He insisted that he could carry it. What a gentleman! He has great leadership skills and understands customer service. Every time I go in now, I am greeted and acknowledged. “Kenneth Mccray gets 20 stars. This guy deserves a promotion for his great customer service and hard work! I arrived at the store location at 9am and noticed he was outside standing in front of the store. That's a plus the first employee to arrive to work before time. When the store open I was looking for certain item and he stopped what he was doing to help me after noticing only one item was on the shelf, he checked storage and found one more, after he checked other store locations going above and beyond to help me. I checked out and went back to the office to notice I purchased the wrong item and needed the toner also! I took a picture with my phone of the toner I needed and went back to Office Depot. I brought the drum for the printer along with me but noticed I left my phone. The manager on duty stated she knows nothing about printers and couldn't help me figure out what toner I needed for the drum. This lady seen at this point I was aggravated at myself for leaving my phone behind rushing and still didn't even try to google it she just said I don't know I can't help you so I took it upon myself to go back to the aisle and see if i can find a match when Kenneth Mccray walked up noticing I came in an hour ago and said are you ok? Do you need help? I told him what I did, what I needed, and he said oh that's easy and I was able to make it back to my store to open on time! Thanks, Kenneth you are the best at what you do, and I hope it doesn't go unnoticed and the general manager Mr. Robbie see he has an employee ready to be manager because the manager on duty was rude and not a people's person at all. From the time I walked to her and asked are you open she stated this is a computer not a cash register making me feel very dumb in front of other customers. Kenneth just keep being you and great at what you do because it matters to the customers how they are treated.”
“I am a repeat customer at this store. My service received from Mr. Carl Hudson recently is always beyond reproach. His customer service skills are great and his ability to communicate with his customers in a professional effective manner is always a joy when I meet him no matter how long it’s been before I enter the store, for my next purchase. The furniture quality always great, however this time I brought a queen mattress in the store and it seems to do well with my back. However, once I’ve slept on it the first night and purchased a pillow top cover for the 2nd night trying to make it work it still a lot firmer than what I experienced in the store. It is unfortunate that return of these items is always frowned on by management, so maybe I’ll try to sell it and then go back and purchase a different one. The brand that I bought was supposed to be very popular, however, maybe not for me?”
