“I was moving from out of state, and did not have any help moving into storage, so I was late dropping off my truck. Pilgrim Storage was very accommodating to my situation. I would recommend renting a truck from them or possibly renting a storage unit.”
“Revised review: While I am very upset that I paid for a service ($80) that does not exist, specifically that UPS does NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes, Premier Storage & Shipping did try to make it right. There is an opportunity for improvement with the training process and potentially signage to better educate the general public, since we are not the SMEs. USPS is the right service for PO Boxes. I will never forget this very important and expensive lesson! Patience is important...I make mistakes too!”
“This is the outfit that helped me send important documents overseas a couple of years ago. It was a job well done. And today I visited, asking about sending something else overseas, and although I didn't end up doing so due to the cost, the gentleman who assisted me was so VERY kind and professional. He did print a label for me for my package, gave me a special bag in which to put the item, and sold me a larger padded envelope for the bagged item. Definitely the place to go in Baton Rouge if you need items sent and appropriately packaged!”

“I went to send a fax and learned that fedx is also kinkos!! So I was excited about that part. They do things by cars only but if you don’t one then they can provide you a reloadable card to use. The staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful!!”
“I came in on March 7th to get 30 - 50 page notebooks made for my business. Chet and another guy who was filling in for the day helped me, I paid for the notebooks and got everything taken care of…. or so i thought.I came in again to pick them up on March 21st after not hearing anything back that they were completed, Ebony was there to help me. She could not find the notebooks anywhere. Since it had been 2 weeks since i brought the documents in, she said that she would get them all printed and completed and to just give her a few hours. Not even 3 hours later, I get a call from Ebony saying they were finished and ready to be picked up. I get to the store and she said that the price was pretty hefty for the amount of books I had. I told her that I already paid for them on March 7th when I initially came in. She then looked around again and found my notebooks already printed and under someone else’s name.I doubt she hears this enough, but i hope she sees this and knows that I am grateful that she went out of her way by fixing someone else’s mistake in such a short notice. THANK YOU EBONY!!”

“I had 5 curtains to return to Amazon and none of them had any kind of barcode or serial number or even any description. It is so cumbersome to return to Amazon anymore due to lack of definitive identification of the product to match to the receipt. The nicest ladies were in this UPS store. Rose helped me very patiently and never got frustrated or made me feel rushed as we tried to get these items scanned to return. She was diligent to help me scan and match each item. I cannot say enough to thank Rose and her coworker- who was helping all the other customers in the mean time! Rose had a great attitude and deserves recognition!”

Actual UPS customer service line is useless spent an hour plus to try and it still didn't work.
Package was delivered with a hole in the side. Item was not recovered, however the staff at this location were very kind and went above and beyond to try and find it.
It seems like ups lost the item before it arrived to this station, and gave them an empty box to deliver.
Do have some patience, it's not a customer service as maps states its a distribution hub. The only time they can help is when there's a break for their actual job.”
