“They took great care of me. It was 40 degrees outside and he had someone in front of me at 9am. He got to me 15 minutes later and replaced and balanced 2 tires within 30 minutes. He was so pleasant to deal with. New tires are great with no vibrations. Price was also great compared to the big boys. This place may not be fancy like the others but they know what they are doing and have great customer service. Thanks Eddie and gang! “We were passing through the area and had major car trouble. When we pulled up here, our van could not safely leave to go anywhere else. The brakes had completely gone out. They knew we were far from home and stranded at their shop. They were very accommodating and fair. They didn't take advantage of the situation. They went out of the way to take care of us. We tried to get an Uber to take us to our hotel. The drivers kept cancelling. After the fourth driver cancelled, the mechanic offered to take us to our hotel. The entire staff was wonderful to us. The next morning the mechanics came in two hours early so they could get the repairs finished in time for us to check out of our hotel. They didn't want us to have to pay for a second night at the hotel. The mechanic even called when he was finished and said he was on his way to come pick us up at the hotel. Breaking down is very stressful. We were hours from home. They got us fixed up and back on the road. I'm so grateful for the way they treated us. I can't recommend them enough. Honest and friendly people that know what they are going and go the extra mile to take care of their customers.”
