“Absolutely the best dental surgeon in the state hands down . The staff could not have been any more friendly and accommodating. They were able to assess the damage to my pup (broken jaw ) and perform surgery all on the same day . The ONLY THING I have to say that's negative (which can't be helped) is the entrance is a little bit , not easy to get into . The road curves really hard with a steep decline away from the entrance driveway ( only an issue the first time ) . This was the best veterinarian I've ever been to by far”

“Dr. Butler and his team are top notch. My dad and his two rescue dogs have been loyal patients for nearly two decades. FURst Café, a lab pit mix found in a ditch, who lived a good life of 12 years including when she was diagnosed with cancer and now Latte, a Shepherd Lab mix we found in a Waffle House dumpster. Both of "the girls" have always loved Dr. Butler, Chloe and team. Recently, my dad was hospitalized and Latte had some urinary issues. Dr. Butler has walked me and Latte's foster moms through every step of the process and done so in a very respectful way understanding that while we would do anything for Latte, that cost is an issue. There aren't many vets like Dr. Butler out there anymore. Consider your pet lucky if they go to Village Animal Clinic, they'll be taken care of and so will you, as their human.”
“My Yorkie leg came out of the hip socket. Surgery was done to replace the leg back into the hip. He’s doing great and the doctors did a great job. Thank you very much of taking care of my Maverick.”
“In and out! Had a dog injury their leg and the vet I used to go to was way down the road. Well didn't want to drive far especially with them in pain and in the car. Called and made an appointment, was only an hour after my call. They were down to earth and real. Didn't talk to you like a know it all vet.”
“Animal Health Clinic has been such a blessing! I adopted a senior dog two years ago who was very overweight and had a plethora of other issues that accompanied his extra pounds. Dr. Leonards and all of the techs were always patient with answering my questions. My old man did succumb to kidney failure, but the staff was so sweet through the entire process. Since his passing, I got a new dog & taking her to AHC was a no-brainer! The entire staff greets her so excitedly anytime we walk in and they are always ready to help us! There is no better vet in Baton Rouge!”
“Wonderful experience! My girl can be a bit nervous at the vet and everyone was so kind and sweet to her. Dr. Berryhill quickly diagnosed her issue and explained everything to me. He discussed treatment as well as what to expect moving forward. My dog and I both left feeling better than when we came in! We have found our furever vet home moving forward!”

“I cannot recommend this vet enough. They have taken amazing care of my cat, Elsa, during her chronic UTIs. She had a couple other issues as well and they kept her for a few nights to watch over her. They were also extremely patient answering all of my calls and texts from a worried crazy cat lady.”

I'm going to talk about Grace, she met my Inez today for the first time..since arriving to BR from New Orleans I had not found a groomer that cut Inez's (shih tzu) hair correctly. Until I met Grace!

“I brought my puppy in multiple times here. Dr. Greene is super nice and very informative with any questions and he will even ask you questions to make sure y'all talk about things which was great. The puppy shots were averaged price. I know places off Highland that cost double..but I wouldn't say GDAH was cheap. I can always get an appointment, and they are always helpful over the phone for any weird questions you may have. The sick pet fee is pretty high, which is unfortunate. I really like the atmosphere here but I do wish you could see them wipe down more things sometimes. My dog has peed on their floor and they were quick to clean it up.”

“I have taken my puppy to Dr. Ron since she was 3 months old. She recently was spayed and everything went very well. The stitches on the incision are perfect and the pup was back in action the next morning.

“Awesome experience today for me and my pup from check for our new patient visit to check out we felt welcomed and appreciated. My pup had a snotty nose and all of my concerns were given time and attention and I felt completely confident in his treatment plan. I was also so appreciative of both the tech and doctor meeting my pup where he was which being an anxious Velcro pup is usually wrapped around me. His exam was conducted with his comfort at the forefront and this helped immensely with his anxiety (and mine) and trust issues. I also loved being able to schedule on the app which offers ease of scheduling, requesting medication refills and much more. If you're looking for provider for your new family member or thinking of making a change I can't recommend the team at VCA enough.”
“Between my parents and I, we’ve had 6 dogs and 5 cats that have come to bocage for all of their needs (unless an emergency in which they went to an emergency 24 hour hospital). We have been to other vets in the past and after going to Bocage once we’ve stuck with them. Bocage vet has always answered any questions we had and they take such good care of our animals. There is never a wait and our calls are always answered. We also really appreciate them following up after appointments or procedures to check on our pet. We had to lay our 19 year old westie to rest at one point and although it was at the end of the day on a Friday, we were never rushed and they really sympathized with us. We’ve also had 2 large dogs boarded at their office and they received excellent care. We also got updates during their stay. Their staff and doctors are always so nice and we love how they have office cats that they take care of! They’re just so compassionate. We really can’t speak more highly of this office and its staff. Thanks for all you do!”
“HRAH has cared for our furry family members since our family got our first puppy, more than 40 years ago. Everyone who works there is professional and friendly. The doctors are the best! Our dog loves to go to Playcare. He is currently boarding there while we are out of town. Only the best for our little boy. He has a spacious suite with a TV, window to view outside and a cute bed. And he gets to go to Playcare twice a day. I hope he is loving Camp HRAH. I just hope someone is giving him a goodnight kiss. ❤️”
