“The Gonzales location of Tractor Supply has some of the friendliest staff I've had the pleasure of dealing with. The store was well stocked and didn't have that picked over look that a lot of the other locations do. For anyone who has never shopped at a TS, it's sort of like a hardware store, automotive shop, and a co-op had a baby. I like to think of it as the modern version of a general mercantile store. Definitely worth exploring if you're in or around Gonzales.”

“We went to Home Depot today, August 30, 2021, after Hurricane Ida, with a glimmer of hope of finding a generator. What we found was an incredibly organized line and a manager who was selfless enough to open his store to help his community. We got our generator, as did many others, and I’m so grateful. The manager, Travis, spoke to us for a few minutes while we waited, and we realized he had family members in LaPlace who were in extremely difficult circumstances. I just wanted to say “thank you” for stepping in and offering your store and supplies to so many in Gonzales today. We will be shopping with you again soon.”

“The young lady I met at the door was passive aggressive and a bit of a smart Alex. I had a couple thousand dollars to spend and was the only person from the office available to go shop ... I had limited time and am unfamiliar shopping for appliances, plumbing, lighting etc.
My question to her was simple ... is there anyone available who could help me with all the shopping I needed to do. She began to ummm ahhh I don't think so ...it might take several people ... excuse after excuse.. so I frustrated ..said it's OK and walked off ...as I walked off she muttered under her breath ... I walked back and said excuse me .... she said OH I JUST SAID HOW PRETTY YOU WERE.

“As an ex employee going into lowes can be both exciting and unnerving. This trip was amazing. The garden looked great, clean, and well taken care of. The plants were being watered as they should in this weather. All the employees we encountered were super helpful and friendly. We purchased some plants and soil to add to our garden. And the cashier, Ms. Pat was so amazing. She is definitely a staple in the garden. It wouldn't be the same without her at that register. All in all, it was a good experience.”
“Went in, spent over an hour at this location trying to purchase a lawnmower they had in stock. Spent almost $4000. Was told I could call back and easily set up a pick up time.
When I tried to do that, I was told a variety of excuses from it needs to be assembled and no one can do that to needing to refund the initial purchase to pick up my mower.
One manager did say they would have it ready, but the information has been inconsistent.
If my lawn mower is available for pick up tomorrow like I was told it would be, i will gladly change my rating to at least 3 stars, for successfully selling me a mower. As is, I’m planning to complain to corporate tomorrow. 4 thousand dollars is a lot of money to spend and not even get a straight answer.
Edit, picked the lawn mower by the expected time :)”
