“My daughter was using my vehicle and got stopped by the sheriff dept and because she didn't have a printed out copy of insurance card but it's on the app in our phone they towed my vehicle.
Once I fiund out where my vehicle was I called and was told that I would have to wait unti the office opened the next day to get my vehicle and I would be charged for that day as well. So the following day I go to get my vehicle and I couldn't believe the price that I had to pay. For having my truck overnight was almost $400. That is absurd.
The lady in the office was nice and professional and it didn't take long to get my truck out. There was no damage to my vehicle from the tow truck so that was a huge relief.
The service itself was good but the price was absolutely ridiculous. They didn't have my truck 24 hours and I had to pay for 2 days. That's the price I paid for loaning out my vehicle.”
