We delayed repairs because we expected to deal with some runaround and being without a vehicle for a week. “A limb fell thru my windshield in November. Got with my insurance, they gotta wrecker out to tow it. I went with their suggestion on shops as I've only lived here briefly and didn't really know where to go. I got it back a couple days ago and was impressed with their work. They outsourced the windshield but repaired the parts of the body that were damaged. They detailed my car and even replaced a blinker bulb that was out free of charge. Bulbs are cheap and they could have charged me but it was cool they didn't. I'd go back but hopefully I won't ever have to lol”

“Jay tackled a simple job, replacing pins and bushings in my 99 Tahoe. However, after a week the driver side set of bushings broke. He replaced them at no additional expense. It happened again, he responded the same way. A week later it happened again. However, he researched the issue and found a problem, parts manufacturers using cast bushings instead of original equipment machined bushings. I ordered them, he replaced them and they continue to work well to this day! Thank you Jay! You went over and above, truly a blessing!”
