Sometimes you have to wait for your vehicle due to backup on the lot or parts on order but other than that Sam keeps you posted at all times and gets you out as soon as possible. “I would like to submit my recommendation that Kairen, from this location (4108 S. Claiborne), get a huge raise. When I visited the store to get a new battery, he was eating his dinner. I told him I could come back a little later, but he refused to finish his meal break until I was taken care of. He patiently worked with me on selecting the best deal for a new battery. Then, even though it was dark outside he changed out the batteries for me, and also schooled me on the best way to let my vehicle adjust to the new battery. I had no idea about that part, but now I do. Kairen took his time to do all that comes with the analytics, process, and other excellent advice. He went above and beyond. “I have a 24 ft Mercedes Sprinter camper van, got all the windows filmed to keep out the heat. It has a very large windshield so the job was tough but Mel and his crew got it done. The heat from the sun has been dramatically decreased, well worth the money. They also replaced my stock Jensen receiver and speakers ( indoor and out) in the back of the van.
