“We were traveling through the state when our AC went out about 4 pm on a Friday. With temperatures in the 90’s we were desperate for help. We saw the ratings and with prayers pulled into BroomAuto. The owners were fast to take immediate action and help us back on the road again!!
There are not enough words here to express our amazement of their kindness and attention. Additionally, the skill of diagnosing our air conditioning problem was exceptional. We had just paid almost $600 for air conditioning maintenance to supposedly “fix” the problem. BroomAuto explained the real issue was simply a temperature sensor. The details, help, and explanation was spot on. We are now two states away and cool as cucumbers! Thank you BroomAuto!!”

As far the tires I’m not really a tire brand expert but I do think the seem to constantly have rocks getting stuck in the tread. More than the occasional rock.”

“The dealership advised me a new gasket would fix my leaking door and a rear door actuator would fix my door that only locked manually. The cost from the dealership was astronomical so I decided to look for a local body guy and Kelley's didn't disappoint. A fair bid for the job coupled with a thorough follow through with the work provided me in less then two hours with a new gasket and actuator, and without asking he gave the old parts. This goes a long way with me for recognizing his integrity as a business owner. It turned out the gasket didn't fix my leak, the next day Joe worked on my vehicle found the source of the leak in record time and didn't hesitate to show me that this fixed my problem without charging me anything extra. This is what I call A class service. Thanks”

“I have AAA, and for the last four years I've had to use it about four times. And each time the AAA contractor who came to my rescue is ACE Towing. And each time, the person who was dispatched is Will.
I called AAA about two days ago when I had a flat tire on a cold and rainy morning. I am 68 years old and no, I have no idea how to change a flat. I also don't know how to get the spare tire out of the nest in which it rests, and even if I did there is so much stuff in my trunk, I would have been soaking wet before I could get to the spare. In short, I was up the proverbial creek. So, I called AAA.
Not long after I made the call to AAA, up drives the tow truck and who gets out of it but Will, smiling as usual despite the cold and rain. He asked me why I always waited until the worst weather to have car trouble and I couldn't help but laugh, because for some reason no matter what car I drive, apparently winter is not its friend!
But anyway. Being stranded is not a good feeling! But thankfully, I've experienced that ACE Towing is the best! Fast response time. Professional and reliable service. Great attitudes. And not afraid of the rain and cold. Thanks, Will! I truly appreciate your help!”
