“I have AAA, and for the last four years I've had to use it about four times. And each time the AAA contractor who came to my rescue is ACE Towing. And each time, the person who was dispatched is Will. I called AAA about two days ago when I had a flat tire on a cold and rainy morning. I am 68 years old and no, I have no idea how to change a flat. I also don't know how to get the spare tire out of the nest in which it rests, and even if I did there is so much stuff in my trunk, I would have been soaking wet before I could get to the spare. In short, I was up the proverbial creek. So, I called AAA. Not long after I made the call to AAA, up drives the tow truck and who gets out of it but Will, smiling as usual despite the cold and rain.
