“John was suggestive selling and doing his part as a manager.. I told him I’m going to show proof of what a great manger he was. 😆 He was up to my window telling me to make sure I completed the survey. I went to take 5 on 10/21/26. I went for a regular oil change service; however Justin did himself some suggestive selling by offering me a COOLANT EXCHANGE. He explained that it keeps my car from over heating. He even showed me a physical diagram of the difference with a visual. I called my husband to verify if it was a necessary service; which he agreed, and explained we needed it for sure. He was very patient, and answered any questions I may have had. Once he added the extra service, and it was over my expected original budget. ($240) He even sought strategies to reduce the amount with a coupon to help me as the customer. Great young men.”

“Tire rotation/alignment …they got me in very quickly. My wait time was appropriate for the service scheduled. Price was reasonable. Guys working there were very helpful. A+ . Thanks Doug! Your prompt attention and courteous service is appreciated.”

“I’m so used to places that change your oil and that’s it. Speedee actually checked to make sure all my fluids were at a good level and told me which things needed topping off (such as my power steering fluid), then refilled it for me! They even checked my tires and warned me that my back tires were dry rotting! I’ve been to multiple places this summer for different reasons and no one has mentioned that. Thank you for being diligent and checking everything! This will be my go to oil changing place for sure.”

“I literally wasn’t even a customer. I hit the curb, pulling into PJs and the guys paused opening the garage so that they could help pull me out and literally saved my entire day. Will absolutely be a lifetime customer now, So many people drove by and I didn’t even have to come ask him he just came up with a chain and started helping. So extremely forever grateful because I absolutely was panicked”
