I want to take a moment to recognize Trinity at Lowe’s in Ruston, Louisiana, for providing me with absolutely exceptional customer service.
It was a busy Saturday morning, and Trinity(with the braids)was helping multiple customers at once, yet she remained patient, kind, attentive, and professional with everyone. No matter how busy things became, she continued to greet customers with a smile and made each person feel heard and cared for.
As a mom who was already frustrated and exhausted from helping my kids move back to college at Tech, needing to purchase a washer and dryer felt like one more thing on an already stressful list. Trinity made the experience so much easier. Her patience, knowledge, and willingness to help truly made a difference for me.
