The photo department is well run, the store is well stocked and the Walgreens radio is at worst tolerable. I was assisted by a worker named Kia who provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to provide me with an experienced knowledge of where products were, what they did, and how to get the best deal. Would give more stars if I could.”

Pharmacist Mary is an asset to Walgreen's. Walgreen's needs to put her on the training frontlines -- to travel to all store pharmacies and provide training. This store is nearly 3 hours from me but when my local pharmacy is out of the medicine I need, Mary is always helpful with obtaining and filling the RX. Top notch customer service. Mary needs to be recognized for above and beyond efforts.”
“I can not say enough about Tyler, a Super 1 employee. I was sick with the flu and could not get Tamiflu. I had tried to get the prescription else ware and they did not inform me they did not have any Tamiflu until I went to pick it up. I called Super 1 and talked to Tyler. He took care of the entire process of getting my prescription transferred and filled. Customer service like I received from Tyler is rare these days. Will definitely be using Super 1 for pharmacy in the future.”

The young lady (Brianna) wasn't sure, so she said she would ask her manager. Her manner was so positive that my wife, having overheard her said, "Wow, that is a friendly clerk!"
I asked if that was unusual from Walgreens or just unusual in general. She said in general. It is not always easy to find service industry workers with a positive, upbeat attitude and willingness to go the extra mile, especially at 9:00 at night. When someone stands out, as Brianna did, I like to try to let the manager know or give a good review. What she found out and shared with me saved me a wasted trip to Walgreens that evening, while I was not feeling well. Thank you, Brianna.”

“I love many things about this Company. From the Christian music when I’m on hold, to the super quick service. I’ve never been to a better prescription store in my life. The first day I took a prescription to them, it was a fast 5-6 minutes. Being a first time ever customer with paperwork having to be filled out. That is fast. Now they deliver to me at work. Even though I tell them to take their time. Within the hour they bring me my medication. They have fully gained a loyal customer with me!!!”
