“The Store was very busy and it seems like someone was knocking merchandise on the floor. I was very pleased when one of the Employees asked me if I needed help when I was getting ready to pickup a case of Ozarka 40 bottles water. Could not find the 20oz bottles Also the Cashiers was very Professional and Courteous and they were moving the Customers in line Efficiently. It was better compared to last week when there were long lines and not enough Employees to check out and move Customers through the Registers. Long wait.”

“We regularly visit numerous North Mississippi and the greater Memphis area CVS stores daily and most have pretty decent staff but we felt compelled to give store manager Casey a five-star review. He always is accommodating if a customer needs a product from the back storage area and he never makes customers feel like we are bothering him by simply asking for assistance with items.
Our most recent encounter was in preparation for the ice storm in Feb 2026. A truck had just made a delivery but Casey didn't hesitate to go in back and look through the deliveries for the items we requested. He didn't make up any excuses or lie just to avoid looking for the items. He simply did his job as usual and this selfless act allowed us to have all of the supplies we needed to get through the upcoming storm.”

“I use the Pharmacy at the Southaven Sam's Club for my daughter's medications and have always been please with prices, convenience, accuracy of prescriptions and friendly service. I used to go to Walgreen's because it was a block away but the three mile drive to Sam's is worth it for the improved service.”
“I came into the photo department to print 5X7 prints from my cellphone. Kori and Tamara went above and beyond to assist me. Since I weren't familiar with ordering the prints myself both young ladies provided detailed instructions on how to select the prints that I wanted printed. The entire process only took 10 minutes. I was also informed that some prints might not fit within the 5X7 photo. Only 1 out of the 16 prints did not completely fit. I was very satisfied with the results.”

“Jazz is very helpful! She’s prompt and polite. This place replied to emails and try’s their best to make things happen quickly! They always return my calls often before I finish leaving the message! It’s a little hard to find and looks like it was a bank with no signage painted all white with drive through on north side. If you’re looking for a good pharmacy you found it!”
