The man that had glasses on he they both worked Friday January 26, 2024 and he did a wonderful job. As a business owner myself he recommended the warranty on my glasses which I would not had bought but he up sold me. He told me about the free drink. Told me about the brand I got without me asking. He said the glasses I picked brought out the color of my eyes. Both of them were hands down amazing!! The cashier at self checkout was kind and very helpful. And the lady that is at the door as you leave smiled and was extremely friendly. Wonderful experience from the moment I walked in to the moment I left!”
“I come to this location often and everyone is always very friendly. It was my first time going to this pharmacy and I received a flu vaccine. The pharmacist was very sweet and social. John in the pharmacy also helped set up my vaccine and he did a fantastic job. My check-in process was smooth. The young lady at the front cash register was very nice and helpful also. “Huge shout out to Brandon, the MVP of my pharmacy experience. I transferred over from the 24hr Walgreens at Union/McLean in Memphis because of two separate experiences where dosage/refill issues caused me to go into withdrawal of one of my medications. He was with me from day one, helping me get everything transferred over smoothly and informing me to make sure to give them enough time for one of my meds because I pick up in a quantity they don't keep on site and would need a couple days to fill. Even now when I'm experiencing some financial issues with my insurance, he made sure to check with me about the copays changing! Truly inspiring to see, having come from a pharmacy where both inside and drive thru lines could be nearly an hour's wait and getting someone on the phone is near impossible. Thank you Brandon!”

I wasn't in good shape following my daughters surgery but Kayla, along with her associates helped to expedite and process a prescription which was actually delivered to another store. They very professionally handled multiple prescriptions and at the same time made calls and spoke to people of importance because the places of concern were actually closed, so the workers did an impossible feat. They spoiled us! if their opening time was 9 AM or 830 and you called at 8:56 they answered the telephone not Phipps! If you call in a prescription on Thursday for Saturday, no matter the prescription non-narcotic or narcotic it was always ready for Saturday morning when they opened! Well, my prescriptions weren’t ready this morning ! The excuses because I had one narcotic they couldn’t fill it until they opened this morning at 9 AM because they’re not allowed to fill narcotics until the 30th day . When it was Olivers, no matter what ;it was ready as soon as they opened . Whether it was 30 days or not ! I guess they started to work before they opened maybe? yes, they’re very very friendly still. But I’m sorry I miss Oliver Drugstore . Steve Oliver no one can replace you and Christie and Lori!”
