“Decided to run into Dussé Boutique today. As soon as I got in the door this jumper caught my eye. Today the owner, Ms. Daphne, was there. I felt as if I had went shopping with a professional stylist. Ms. Daphne walked me through the store, showed me the collections, and set me free to frolick. While I love fashion, I definitely do not have a mainstream model-esque figure. I am shaped more like a delicious red apple, lol. But to my surprise, in a good way, the boutique carried many items in my size (which is XL-2X). I tried on about 4 items. I would have tried on more but I was running out of time. I settled on the jumper. Another customer said I looked good in it and it was flirty and fun. I'm sold! Thank you Ms Daphne... and random customer man. I will definitely be back soon! “Left another shoe store kinda annoyed bc of their lack of customer service even though I was the only customer. Walked into this place and automatically greeted with a smile and welcome. Shoes were easy enough to find, another worker walked by and welcomed me while trying on shoes.
Other place I left needs to realize this. Shoes sell themselves usually unless you need a certain size from the back. And with online shopping, customer service is all you have to do. Your job is to service the customer, so if your customer service is bad, no one will want to shop there and you'll be another failed business. Thankfully this place understands that and is warm and welcoming”
“I wasn't thrilled with the limited little boy section one single side of a row.....when there is a whole store filled with shoes....why such a small selection? BUT!!!!! That aside just because of one sales associate ms.Brown i will happily return to this store. Just when you think all is lost in this world you meet somebody amazing who does something even more amazing. I pray God returns the blessings to you and i never forget our interaction . Thank you again for what you did , such a kind act. When she did not have to do so I thank you from the bottom of my heart.”
