About T.J. Maxx
T.J. Maxx is a popular off-price retailer offering a wide selection of high-quality, brand name, and designer fashions at great prices. With over 1,200 stores across the U.S. and Puerto Rico, it aims to help customers maximize what matters most in their lives. Customers appreciate the good deals on clothes, makeup, skincare, and hair care, along with the variety of items for different tastes. Many find the shopping experience enjoyable, with friendly cashiers and new finds each visit. However, some stores, like the one in Ruston, need better organization and a larger selection of plus-size women's clothes to prevent merchandise from becoming scarce or looking junkie. Long lines can occur, but waits are often short. Overall, T.J. Maxx is valued for its quality, deals, and variety, though some areas could improve in store organization and inventory management.
