I love this store so much. There's always something different and unique in here for a special gift or gathering. This is my go-to store to find that one thing that has the wow factor and bonus it won't be plentiful so not everybody will have one. The staff is great and the store is clean. I must mention that I wish everyone would return their clothing to the racks so that the dressing room person is not pounded with things to get out of the dressing room and then back to the racks. Y'all, just bring out of the dressing room what you take into the dressing room. It's so helpful. Let's just do our part to keep T.J.Maxx clean and organized. Nobody likes a filthy store.

Nice and clean store. This store is more centered around women's stuff. The selection for men or boys is small. So if you are a female you will love it a male not as much.

This TJM location is a disaster. Chaos. Filthy floors. Boxes and products all over the floor. Shelves haven't been straightened in months. Bins to be stocked left abandoned for weeks. This place is worse than a dollar store.

I love TJ Maxx, but the Ruston location is just a mess. The last few times I’ve been in, the merchandise is so disorganized. Every aisle is full of stuff that is waiting to be placed so you just can’t go down it. There are almost never dressing room attendants, and the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting, worse than most gas station bathrooms. It’s worth driving to the Monroe location to have a better shopping experience.

T.J. Maxx has a great selection of holiday clothing and gift selections. The store is clean & not overly crowded. Items are moderately priced.

Good place to buy branded products within budget. But they need to upgrade their plus size collection. Very few options for plus sized dresses and winter jackets.

Today, there was one lone cashier with a line of 15 customers. She asked for help multiple times and no one came to assist her. TJ Maxx is turning into Walmart.

I really like T. J. Max in Ruston but they need a bigger selection of women's plus size clothes and it's starting to get junkie . Don't be like the Dollar Store
