Warren did a great job on my vehicle. He thoroughly cleaned the front and back before I entered the car wash. He also took time to ask if there was anything else he could do to make my experience better. Just this alone was great customer service.”
“I like this car wash. The products smell good, clean well, and leave my car with a beautiful shine. I appreciate the amenities such as the car mat vacuum and shampoo machines. The subscription price is economical. The only issue I have is that the workers don't really use good hand signals when instructing you through the wash, and they are not very attentive. That is a recipe for mishap.”
“Hunter was very nice and helpful. I decided to open a membership, which I mistaken that the one I purchased included the tire shine, but Hunter went out of his way to put tire shine on my tires manually. I truly appreciate him for that. I will upgrade my membership at the beginning of next month for the tire shine.”
“Andrew and his team helped me when I was in a jam with another local PPF company who did a terrible job and continued to do poor work across the course of many months of do-overs. He PPF’d my ZR2 Bison and my E-Ray and did an excellent, detailed, professional job, charged a fair price, and was willing to fix a few minor trouble spots that came up. He even came to pick me up when I was unable to secure a ride to his shop for delivery. Outstanding all around.”

“Adam and his team were once again top-notch for us. We came in from a long drive and wanted our daughter’s vehicle to be washed/waxed/detailed for her when she returned to campus. It was interesting as Adam was able to actually meet us over in the North Shore area. We are always impressed with the attention to detail he puts forward in his work. He has been doing this for many years and you can tell he has a trained eye. We would definitely recommend to them anyone in the Baton Rouge or North Shore area!!”
“I had an awesome experience with my new friend Herman! He drove to where my car was located and installed a radio, to kick panels, and 800 watt amp with subwoofers and ran all the wiring for my two 6 x 9. It only took him about two hours or so very professional and courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him if you are looking for someone to install your audio equipment in your vehicle. He is a great guy!”
“The worst experience ever I paid for a monthly car wash package on 10/07/24 went today to get a car wash was told by the female mgr I didn't pay for it. I said yes I did she said no you were not charged that I need to call my bank cause I probably didn't have the money for it and I needed to call my bank and that I needed to leave or pay again well I left went home found where they took the credit card payment on the 7th went back up there still was treated like a child by the mgr then when I showed her where it went through she fixed it and said I can go through the car wash now I said hell no after the way you treated me I want a refund the proceeded to tell me she can't refund my money I have to wait til Monday to get a refund I will be there Monday for my refund it used to be a great car wash but they really need customer service training and mgr training there is no way to upload video so you can see how bad I was treated”
“Benny's is absolutely the BEST. Their customer service is top tier. They make you feel welcomed and very knowledgeable. I told them "I think I need a transmission flush" and the guy said "I'll check just to make sure". Now that's amazing to me because they could've just done it and cost me money I didn't need to waist. I ended up needing it but the fact they made sure first blew my mind. I will not go anywhere else. Thank you guys, y'all rock!!!!!!!! Dustin is wonderful.”

“Just had a flat. My husband was about to change it in the parking lot of Chabill's on 73 when, Chase from Geaux Clean car wash next door passed by and asked if we'd like to use their jack. (He had just let someone else use it to change a tire and thought it may be easier than the one that comes with the car). Thank you for hiring such nice employees!”
“Washed my car at the Geismar location today and I guess I didn't realize how long its been since I've seen it clean because when I pulled up to my house my husband was like the car looks NICE! Y'all my car is beaming! HIGHLY recommend!”
“As an insider I would like to say that the recent issues going on here are above the on site staff. The location is understaffed, over worked and overwhelmed. Things such as the vacuums are something that are taking longer than expected due to outside factors such as building codes for installing new equipment. I would urge guests to remember that the staff here are human too and can only do so much with the ability they have to make changes.”

“Good example of old style do it yourself car wash. Great pressure on rinse, all chemicals (soap, degreaser,ect.) always full and good drainage. Vac has great power and the change machine works! Safe location as well. Great place to get the worst mud and dirt off before you can get home to do a full on car wash. If you vehicle is really filthy go here before you take it to a drive thru wash or home to finish it off.”
