“We had trouble getting through the wash with our Subaru ascent 2025. Tense as people were behind us and impatient. We were asked to drive through, go to office and we’d be given a refund. Isaiah came to the office, calmly put us at ease, said if we would allow he would “figure this out”. A google search brought the answer. The asked my permission to make safety settings for the was, then walked us back around for a successful second try. Superb service and initiative from Isaiah. A jewel”

“This carwash is the best!! Wayyyy better than Bennys or any other one I’ve ever used. They have towels, window and interior cleaner, a mat cleaner, and more!! And the staff is very helpful, also, especially Cade and Kaylin! . The monthly deals are s cheaper than the others. Dont waste your money anywhere else, choose Whitewater!!”

“Hunter was very nice and helpful. I decided to open a membership, which I mistaken that the one I purchased included the tire shine, but Hunter went out of his way to put tire shine on my tires manually. I truly appreciate him for that. I will upgrade my membership at the beginning of next month for the tire shine.”

“Baton Rouge, Siegen Ln. Warren did a great job on my vehicle. He thoroughly cleaned the front and back before I entered the car wash. He also took time to ask if there was anything else he could do to make my experience better. Just this alone was great customer service.”

20311 Highland Road, Baton Rouge LA 70817
“I like this car wash. The products smell good, clean well, and leave my car with a beautiful shine. I appreciate the amenities such as the car mat vacuum and shampoo machines. The subscription price is economical. The only issue I have is that the workers don't really use good hand signals when instructing you through the wash, and they are not very attentive. That is a recipe for mishap.”

“Can’t thank Adam enough for the hard work he did on my truck today. All water spots are gone and the truck is shinning like it came off of a showroom floor. Really appreciate your work”

9860 Jefferson Hwy, Baton Rouge LA 70809
“For $20 bucks the touchless machine is majical. I base my opinion on the multiple applications starting from the rinse to the wax job, which holds for a fairly long time and repels dust and dirt really well. It would be nice if there was also tire shine as part of the process. I also appreciated the prewash station for tires, grill, and other areas of the car, which ensures a thorough wash and shine. There is also a vacuum station, with microfiber towels for a final drying of the vehicle. This is a great option for a good wash and shine, for those who wish to save time and get good wash at the same time.”

“Benny's is absolutely the BEST. Their customer service is top tier. They make you feel welcomed and very knowledgeable. I told them "I think I need a transmission flush" and the guy said "I'll check just to make sure". Now that's amazing to me because they could've just done it and cost me money I didn't need to waist. I ended up needing it but the fact they made sure first blew my mind. I will not go anywhere else. Thank you guys, y'all rock!!!!!!!! Dustin is wonderful.”

“Like this car wash. Spend under $10, easy to do, and excellent finish. Everything works. 11/5/2023 reduced one star because the vacuum is clogged. The other vacuum was in pieces. Come on, you can keep these maintenanced.”

“I really love the service and it's price(s), I just wish they had more visibility due to the location of it. It's in a prime location, which is close to the airport but I barely noticed it was there even close up on it(and I've been here all my life). The staff is very friendly, inviting, helpful, etc. I'll always come back to this location/business!!”

“Derek did a fantastic job pressure washing our concrete. You can tell this man really cares about the work he's doing and the impression he leaves about his company. I really considered doing this work myself to save some cash (like I've done in the past) but I'm really glad I did not. His price was more than fair, and he does a pre and post wash using chemicals that really seems to makes a difference for a uniform cleaning. On top of that, he was able to fit us into his busy schedule within just a couple days of us calling and made quick work of our driveway which was caked with sediment for years. My driveway has never looked better honestly. Thanks again, Derek! I will be recommending you to friends and family!”

“Thank you guys. I don't know where you got Anthony from @ the Coursey Location, but he is an asset to your company! In all the years that I have been a customer of Benny's, I can't recall ever receiving this amazing type of service, routine oil change. Even though I was extremely tired, the service crew answered my questions before I could even ask and walk me through each step. Communication was on 10. Women, need this type of service when dealing with any kind of automotive issues. Great job guys especially Mr. Anthony. Give that man a raise!”

“My 2019 black Ram 1500 had not been washed in 4 months. It has 50,000 miles and is driven in all conditions. It's a work truck as well so I live about 1/2 my life in the thing. It was filthy inside & out. I have a dog that sheds a lot with me every day as well. I took it to Red Carpet and the guys there said they could make it like new. I like a confident, positive attitude from places to which I am considering giving money. We set an appointment for 10 days from then. I left the vehicle with them at about 10 am. They called at about 4:30. I was AMAZED at what I saw! Black is a difficult color but they did not miss a spot, looked beautiful! But the inside was literally Like New! I highly recommend these guys' car wash and detailing!”

“PLEASE READWhen I first searched this place I read all of the reviews( including the bad ones) and I ignored them and went ahead and booked with them. They were very efficient, professional, and most of all, kind. When I booked with them I communicated specific problems that were concerning me about the inside of my car and they took care of those problems and did an above and beyond job. My car looked like it did when I first bought it! I highly recommend you get your car detailed here.Services: Car waxing”

“Warren was an exceptionally phenomenal person today. I was unsure if my tire was getting flat/losing air, and as soon as I asked he was willing and ready to help. He checked out my tire, verified it was going flat, answered all my very dumb questions, gave me advice and filled my tire up safely for me to get home. I am so very grateful to have gotten help, who knows what would have happened if I just decided to ignore my gut. He didn't have to do this. But he did. Benny's, please shout this man out, and give him a raise. He kept me from damaging my car or worse, and was kind throughout. Thank you, again, Warren.”
