I was so close, but I wasn't going to make it. I called and explained what was going on and Tonya waited for me to get there. I had one happy little boy! Going above and beyond is what they do!”
“I've been banking here for six years. I'm always greeted politely at the door & able to deposit checks/money promptly. Of course there will be a wait if you want to speak with a clerk & it's a busy time (there are only three clerks available max) but that's just a part of banking with a smaller company. The entire staff is always very nice and accommodating & will remember your name if you visit frequently. The only issue I've ever had is with their online check deposits which usually get rejected or held in limbo for sometimes a week or more. That being said, I never have that issue when I go in person & my payroll checks are deposited immediately and in full. All in all this is a great place to bank filled with absolutely lovely people so give them a bit of grace if you visit & they're busy.”
