“Went to Hutchs hardware and Stephanie is truly an asset that needs to remain there. I went in for two key fobs and a copy of my van key. She informed me that she couldn't copy the key because they didn't have the machine needed to cut the key.She referred me to a place that could do it. Went to that place and found out the $320 that I paid for the 2 fobs, I could have gotten from that place for $120. I won't name the place because this post is about how lucky Hutchs is to have her as an employee.There was another customer looking for dye for cement and 3 other workers couldn't help him nor find what he needed Stephanie was able to go right to what the customer needed and assist him.The only negative experience for me was leaving and going to the other business only to find out I paid double at hutch than I would have paid if I went straight to that business first.”

“We love Bayou Road Ace Hardware! We live on the west side of the Mississippi River across from Baton Rouge, and anybody who lives in this area knows that nobody wants to slog across the river if they don't absolutely have to. We don't have any big box stores like Lowes or Home Depot. Bayou Road Ace Hardware is just one of the local stores that let us shop on the Westside and skip the traffic. It's the first place we go for hardware needs. I like that they've also got a great selection of MCWare cookware and a lot of different spices and seasoning for our cooking and grilling needs. The store is clean, well-stocked, and easy to get to, and I can always find someone to help me with whatever I need. Shop local, y'all!”

I wanted a new counter depth fridge for my kitchen, so I went on Home Depot, bought a fridge on sale, and I picked a delivery date and they delivered just that! They called me when they were on their way, which was right in their delivery window. They showed up with the new fridge, installed it and even put the old fridge outside. Before they left, they made sure everything in the new fridge worked, and even, made sure that the fridge outside worked.Very respectful and the whole thing happened within an hour. Will definitely be ordering from then again.”

“My dishwasher broke, so I was in need of a new one. Luckily for me, Lowe's was having a sale on dishwashers!I went online and was looking for something specific, and I found just what I needed. I ordered the dishwasher and paid an extra fee to have it delivered and installed- so easy!! It took a few days for them to call me to set up an appointment, but they were professional on the phone and gave me the earliest install date available. Two days before my install, they called and set up a time of delivery.For the time, they said between 8-10 am, so I was expecting them to show up at 10, but boy I was wrong! They showed up with everything needed at 8 am, installed the dishwasher, took out my old dishwasher and they were on their way. It took less than hour, and they even made sure my dishwasher ran properly before leaving. They cleaned up their mess and off they went. I will definitely be using them again for any other appliances.”
