“The young lady I met at the door was passive aggressive and a bit of a smart Alex. I had a couple thousand dollars to spend and was the only person from the office available to go shop ... I had limited time and am unfamiliar shopping for appliances, plumbing, lighting etc.
My question to her was simple ... is there anyone available who could help me with all the shopping I needed to do. She began to ummm ahhh I don't think so ...it might take several people ... excuse after excuse.. so I frustrated ..said it's OK and walked off ...as I walked off she muttered under her breath ...
