“Went to Hutchs hardware and Stephanie is truly an asset that needs to remain there. I went in for two key fobs and a copy of my van key. She informed me that she couldn't copy the key because they didn't have the machine needed to cut the key.She referred me to a place that could do it. Went to that place and found out the $320 that I paid for the 2 fobs, I could have gotten from that place for $120. I won't name the place because this post is about how lucky Hutchs is to have her as an employee.There was another customer looking for dye for cement and 3 other workers couldn't help him nor find what he needed Stephanie was able to go right to what the customer needed and assist him.The only negative experience for me was leaving and going to the other business only to find out I paid double at hutch than I would have paid if I went straight to that business first.”
