The regular staff here has never let me down or been unfriendly. I've had an occasional bad customer service experience with employees I hadn't seen before and often never saw again.

This rating is regarding their overall phone communication with me. Almost every time I called to refill my medicine or had questions regarding my script, the woman was always short or unfriendly with me. I honestly didn't know what I had said that was wrong to them.

Most of the people on here complaining is about something that is out of the staff’s control. The staff does try to answers everyone’s phone calls. But you try being short staffed in the middle of a pandemic. Either go help and clock in or shut up
