“Switching to Community RX Blanchard a little over a year ago was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Before switching, I used Walmart Pharmacy, and my medication was constantly unavailable. They were always having to order it, which meant I sometimes went several days without my medication. After switching to Community RX, that problem completely disappeared.
The staff here are truly incredible. Natalie, Lila, and the rest of the team treat their customers with kindness, patience, and genuine care. Every time I walk in or pull up to the drive-thru window, I am greeted in a way that makes me feel valued. You can tell they truly love what they do.
They have gone above and beyond for me on multiple occasions. Recently, my new insurance accidentally had my gender listed incorrectly, which caused an issue with my prescription. They worked with me and adjusted what they could on their end so I could get my medication while I worked on fixing the insurance issue. They have also helped me with insurance problems and made those stressful situations much easier.
Their pharmacists are knowledgeable and take the time to explain things thoroughly. When I started a new medication, my pharmacist walked me through the proper way to begin taking it, why the dosage started low, and important safety information my doctor never discussed with me. They do not just fill prescriptions—they make sure you understand your medications and feel safe taking them.
One moment that really showed me the kind of people they are was when I was having a difficult day and my kids were fighting in the backseat while I was already overwhelmed. Lila noticed and took a moment to give them both suckers to make them smile and calm down. It may seem like a small gesture, but it meant so much. She treated me like a person, not just a customer.
I have used CVS, Walgreens, and Walmart pharmacies, and none compare to Community RX Blanchard. Their service, kindness, honesty, and integrity are unmatched. Prescriptions are filled quickly, they communicate well, their drive-thru is convenient, and they always make you feel like you matter.
I trust them completely with my medications and would recommend Community RX Blanchard to anyone looking for a pharmacy that truly cares about their customers. They have completely changed my experience with pharmacy care, and I am so thankful I made the switch.”

“Stopped by for lunch today in this locations deli. OMG let me tell you I normally skip Brookshire’s fried chicken cause the breading is too thick & hard. Well I decided to get fried chicken here because it was 1st time at this location. The breading was perfect the taste even better. I also had Mac cheese, great and potato wedges which I threw them out.”

“Great staff, great texting system to let you know you Rx status. No having to call and ask when it MIGHT be ready. When others are out of stock, they aren't. One medication that was about 250$ was 72$ @ medic. My script that 17$ is less than 5$ there but they have my insurance info so it so fast to get in and out. They are attentive, like here when they see you need to split something, they have a pill cutter ready if needed. 5 stars all around.”

“Consistently pleasant shopping experiences and fully stocked goods for the most part. They have that scan and pay in the app to checkout, which is more than Costco has as someone who has shopped at both locations. The rotisserie chicken is very good. They have good chocolate muffins as well. The pizza stand has very large cheesey slices for cheap cost. The bulk Gatorade bottle packs need investigation by the staff as none of the bottles can be opened, because the orange caps don't have that crack part that comes undone when you twist to open. Hopefully, that makes sense to someone.”

When I arrived Ms Latoya ( I pray that was her name, as I may have forgotten) filled my script quickly and professionally. Very kind and very attentive! “I LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! the pharmacist and staff that are at this Walgreens location. I know when I go there they will be kind, sweet, prompt and always have the medication I need. The pharmacist treats you like a human being rather than someone just trying to get medicine. That is very rare in pharmacy from what I have had to deal with. They always have the medication in stock and if they are out it is hardly ever more than a day. If we had more people in this world in the medical field it would run a lot smoother. I am so thankful I was told by a friend of these young ladies and their amazing pharmacist. Great job ladies!!”
