Artspace is a spacious and excellent gallery that serves as a much-needed outlet for local artists to showcase their work. The staff is helpful, and the space is currently being prepared for the upcoming Critical Mass show. Artspace is affiliated with the Shreveport Regional Arts Council and offers innovative art shows, classes, and events, featuring both local and national/international talent. Visitors can enjoy the art at their own pace or inquire about children's parties, camps, and art classes.
Huge space that hosts excellent galleries. We dropped off a large piece for the upcoming Critical Mass show and the staff were SO HELPFUL. The space is empty right now because they're getting ready for Critical Mass but it's a wonderful space and a much needed outlet for local artists to showcase their work.
