“Visited this time for the Dia los Muertos festival. The alters were beautiful and the people friendly at this family oriented event. I enjoyed seeing traditional dancing and hearing the music, eating authentic Mexican food that you can't get in restaurants like cup of corn, a maze based hot drink, and, of course, didn't leave without my pan de muerto (bread).”

“Took my nephew and granddaughter here for a day out at the pool. This was our first time visiting, though my husband and I have been members for a few years now. The pool is very nice, and we elected to go on a weekday (Tues, I believe). Wasn't crowded. Though we had an incident that was quite serious, I allowed the children to regroup and continued our outing. I did speak with Ms. Vanessa, the manager, who was very concerned about our experience, and I appreciated her professionalism and her compassion. As a result, I decided to return another day. I will say, don't rely solely on the lifeguards, as some are young and may not act in an urgent situation as an adult may.”

“Food was quite good. We both ordered the meatloaf, and I can honestly say it's the best I've ever had! The wife had whipped potatoes with cream gravy, and they were cold. However, the Mgr. provided a discount as a way of compensation. The service was excellent. the waiter just forgot to offer drink refills. We will definitely be back.”

“I just wanted to take time to leave some recognition for front desk evening staff at this location. My hope is that their boss/administration sees this. 11/2-11/3 I was dealing with a car accident while traveling through downtown and needed to stay for 2 nights and get things sorted out. Both nights, Tajanae & Marcus were there. I was really upset and stressed out and these two were some of the kindest strangers I’ve ever dealt with. They checked on me constantly, they asked if me I was okay, offered snacks and water, just more than they needed to do. They always had smiles on their faces, too. I was happy & relieved to see them working night 2 for their kindness alone. Great front desk/customer service given. Thank you, two.Noteworthy details: See comment about staff.”

“We went to see season four episode one through three of the chosen. The theater temperature setting was comfortable and the lounge chairs were a nice addition since I have not been to a theater that had that. On the way out I’ve noticed that they had a beer and wine counter that I wish I had known that during the movie Overall experience was. We will be back for the next episode.”

“Service is top-notch. Everything from the front desk to valet. The latter even helped get my bags from my room to my car after I left for a meeting, and checked in to make sure I had coffee or a piece of fruit to start my day. Super nice crew there.The interior has a very cool vibe. The rooms themselves need a bit of a refresh (paint, stained faucets and hard water marked sinks, and the tub is a no-go for me ?). But overall, still seemed clean.Only real complaint was the noise. They have hardwood or tiled floors, even in the rooms, so I listened to high heels clacking a floor above me late into the night. Ear plugs helped though.”
